Biltwell provides two hinge types to weld to your frame for the Solo Seat Assembly. Both are stellar made, one Investment Cast and the other Chromoly. They allow for perfect fit and are a perfect addition to the Biltwell Solo Seats.

This all new investment-cast stainless steel seat hinge may just outlast the rest of your motorcycle. It's fully polished after casting and also available in a black electroplated finish. The weld-on bung is larger for increased durability and more weld surface area. If you've already welded the bung from the Chromoly unit onto your bike, this bracket will bolt right up.

4130 Chromoly Seat Hinge

Like our handlebars, the Biltwell seat bracket and frame pivot are made of 4130 chromoly. Why such a rugged material? If you think your seat bracket doesn’t have to be strong, think again. We did, and we couldn’t think of a better place to put aircraft-grade chromoly steel than right between your legs. Of course, all welds are TIG. Beautiful, strong and accurate. It features two long slots for adjustability. We left the accompanying pivot bracket unfinished so it can be welded to the backbone of your frame without special preparation. An Allen cap bolt threads into the opposite side of the bracket, creating an efficient and durable hinge pin. Chrome plated or black electroplated finish.
